Awareness - by and of itself - can be curative.
Personal Coaching can support you in expanding and clarifying your awareness of who you really are and what you really want.

To best serve the client, each personal coaching relationship is unique, accessing methods and tools that best suit the client. The ultimate goal is to empower you to become your own coach, your own highest/most resourceful self advocate. Although it can vary for each client, if you are considering coaching for the first time, consider committing to a minimum of 3 months to allow the self-discovery process to maturate and evolve.

The structure of the relationship typically consists of the following:

  • An initial 1.5-hour discovery session in which goals and values are explored
  • 45-minute to 1-hour sessions that may occur on a weekly, bimonthly, or monthly basis
    • Sessions can be on the phone or in person

We offer a Free Sample Session that lasts between 30 to 40 minutes.  There is no obligation.  It is a chance for you to experience coaching to see if it is right for you.

Meditation and Mindfulness Training
Clear Awareness Coaching offers individual and group instruction in meditation and mindfulness practices. Instructions span object-focused, insight, and awareness practices. In addition, meditations demonstrated to specifically reduce stress and anxiety such as breathing practices and those that expand feelings of love and compassion are also taught.
